For Meegrow Social · Last updated: 16 July 2026
This page explains how to delete the data Meegrow Social holds about you. There are two routes: disconnect it yourself (immediate), or ask us to delete it (actioned within 30 days). Both are described below. This page is consistent with section 5 of our Privacy Policy.
For each account you connect, Meegrow Social stores the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by that platform (encrypted at rest), basic profile metadata used to show you which account is connected, the posts and schedules you created in the Service, and analytics we read back for content published through us. We never store your platform password.
Disconnecting a channel deletes the stored authentication tokens for that connection, and Meegrow Social immediately loses all access to that account. Nothing further can be published to it.
You can also remove our access from the platform's own side, which revokes the tokens regardless of what we hold:
To have us delete data we hold about you — including posts, schedules, and analytics retained in the Service, not just the tokens — email us:
We will verify the request comes from the account holder or an authorised manager, and action verified requests within 30 days. We will confirm by email when the deletion is complete.
Deleting your data removes what we hold. Posts already published to your own Facebook Page, Instagram account, YouTube channel, or other connected account continue to live on that platform and remain under your control — delete them there if you want them gone. Analytics data belonging to the platform likewise remains with the platform.
We retain connection data and tokens only for as long as your account remains connected to the Service. Where we are required to retain limited records to comply with a legal obligation, we retain only what the law requires and delete the rest.
