These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Meegrow Social (the "Service"), operated by Meegrow Labs ("Meegrow Labs", "we", "us", or "our"). By connecting an account to the Service or otherwise using it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Meegrow Social is a social media management and scheduling application. It lets you and your team create, schedule, publish, and analyze content across the social media accounts you connect — including Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, Google Business Profiles, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
The Service acts on your instruction. Content is published to your connected accounts at the times you schedule, and analytics are read back from those accounts and displayed to you. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
The Service is intended for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
This section is fundamental to the Service.
Connecting an account you are not authorised to manage is a breach of these Terms and may also breach the terms of the platform concerned. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account was connected without authorisation.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service connects to platforms we do not control. Your use of each connected platform is also governed by that platform's own terms and policies, in addition to these Terms:

Platforms may change or withdraw their APIs, rate limits, or permissions at any time. Where that happens, features of the Service that depend on them may change or stop working, through no fault of ours. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or policies of any connected platform.
You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through the Service. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service and perform the actions you request — for example, to hold a scheduled post until its publish time and then deliver it to the platform you selected.
Our handling of personal data, OAuth tokens, and platform data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; that every scheduled post will publish successfully (delivery depends on third-party APIs); or that analytics returned by a platform are accurate or complete. You are responsible for verifying that business-critical content published.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meegrow Labs and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) INR 5,000.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meegrow Labs against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your connection of an account you were not authorised to manage.
You may stop using the Service at any time and disconnect any connected account. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by a platform or by law, or if we reasonably believe continued access poses a risk to the Service or to others.
On termination, we delete or disconnect stored authentication tokens for your connections in line with section 5 of our Privacy Policy. Content already published to your accounts remains on those accounts and is under your control. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 12 — will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notifying connected users. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
