This Privacy Policy explains how Meegrow Labs ("Meegrow Labs", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with Meegrow Social (the "Service") — a social media management and scheduling application that lets our team and clients create, schedule, publish, and analyze content across connected social media accounts, including Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, Google Business Profiles, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.

By connecting an account to the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account & profile data from the social platforms you connect (e.g. account name, profile ID, channel ID, avatar) so we can show which account is connected and publish on your behalf.
Authentication tokens (OAuth access and refresh tokens) issued by each platform when you authorize a connection. These are stored encrypted at rest and let the Service post and read on your behalf without storing your password.
Content you create in the Service — posts, captions, media, and schedules you choose to publish.
Performance & analytics data returned by the platform APIs about content published through the Service (e.g. views, engagement) so we can display it back to you.
Basic usage and log data needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. Google & YouTube API Services

Meegrow Social uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of Google data is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

When you connect a YouTube/Google account, we request the following access, used only to operate the features you ask for:

View your YouTube account (read-only)	To list your channels so you can pick which one to connect, and to read your existing videos for your content calendar.
Manage your YouTube account	To set thumbnails and manage title, description, and privacy settings on the uploads you schedule through us.
Upload & manage videos (incl. force-ssl)	To publish the videos/Shorts you schedule to your own channel at the chosen time.
View & manage your assets / associated content	To manage the content you publish through Meegrow Social on the channel you connect.
View YouTube Analytics (read-only)	To show you performance data for content you published through the Service.

Limited Use disclosure. Meegrow Social's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google or YouTube data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide and improve the Service, to comply with law, or with your consent.

We do not use Google user data for any purpose other than providing the features you request, and we do not use it to train generalized machine-learning or AI models.

3. Meta Platform — Facebook & Instagram

Meegrow Social uses the Meta Platform (the Facebook and Instagram Graph APIs). By connecting a Facebook Page or an Instagram Business account, you also agree to the Meta Terms of Service. Your use of Meta data is also governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, we access only the following:

Your Facebook Page list and metadata — the Pages you manage, with their name, ID, category, and avatar, so you can pick which Page to connect and see which one is connected.
Page posts we publish — the posts created through Meegrow Social on your Page, so we can show them in your content calendar and delete them if you ask us to.
Page insights — analytics for your Page and for content published through the Service, so we can display performance back to you.
The linked Instagram Business account — its profile details and media, so you can publish to it and see your existing content in the calendar.
Instagram insights — analytics for the linked Instagram account and its content, shown back to you in the same dashboard.

We request the following permissions, used only to operate the features you ask for:

`pages_show_list`	To list the Pages you manage so you can choose which one to connect.
`pages_read_engagement`	To read your Page's content and engagement for your content calendar.
`pages_manage_posts`	To publish the posts you schedule to your own Page, and to delete them when you ask.
`read_insights`	To read your Page analytics and show you performance data.
`instagram_basic`	To read the Instagram Business account linked to your Page — its profile and media.
`instagram_content_publish`	To publish the content you schedule to your own Instagram Business account.
`instagram_manage_insights`	To read Instagram analytics for your account and content.

We store the OAuth access tokens issued by Meta encrypted at rest, and use them solely to perform the actions you explicitly schedule or request. We do not publish, delete, or read anything you have not asked us to.

What we never do with Meta data. We never sell it. We never use it for advertising, ad targeting, or building user profiles. We never share it with third parties beyond the platform APIs themselves and the infrastructure providers that host the Service on our behalf. We do not use it to train generalized machine-learning or AI models.

Revoking access

Inside Meegrow Social: remove/disconnect the Page or Instagram account, which deletes the stored tokens for that connection.
From Meta's side: visit facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools and remove "Meegrow Social".

Retention & deletion

Meta data is retained on the same basis as everything else described in section 6: we keep connection data and tokens only for as long as your account remains connected, deletion is immediate when you disconnect, and we action verified deletion requests within 30 days. 4. How We Use Information

To publish and schedule the content you create, to the accounts you connect.
To display your connected accounts, content calendar, and analytics inside the Service.
To maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
To comply with legal obligations.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

With the social platforms themselves (e.g. Meta/Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X) as required to perform the actions you request;
With infrastructure providers that host the Service on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations;
When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the public.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain connection data and tokens only for as long as your account remains connected to the Service. You can revoke access at any time, which deletes the stored tokens for that connection:

Inside Meegrow Social: remove/disconnect the channel.
From Meta's side: visit facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools and remove "Meegrow Social".
From Google's side: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove "Meegrow Social".
By request: email us (below) to delete your data. We will action verified requests within 30 days.

7. Security

We protect your data using encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption of authentication tokens at rest, access controls, and restricted storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable safeguards.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent (revoke access) at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

9. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notifying connected users.
